Self Portrait Sunday | 006
The idea for self portrait Sunday 006 was to help envision myself podcasting. All week I have been thinking about re-launching my podcast. I’ve been mulling over names for it and how to provide the best content in a way that would serve others and myself.
The first photo has been deep edited while the supporting 2 photos below were just regular soft edits.
The setup was a corner in my office. On the wall behind me there are pages from old GQ magazines tapped on the wall to serve as photography inspiration and a nice background.
These photos were lit using a single Godox TT600 speedlight mounted to the camera and bounced off a wall and the ceiling.
All photos were taken with my Sony A7III, the Sony 50mm 1.8 lens at ISO 800, SS 1/200, f/4.
I take a lot of self portraits. I thought it was time I actually share them here. Each week, I’ll be sharing a new set for Self Portrait Sunday. We’ll see how long I can keep this up.
I'd love to know what you think of the photos. Leave a comment below. If you're interested in a photoshoot, please reach out via my contact page.
