The idea for self portrait Sunday 006 was to help envision myself podcasting. All week I have been thinking about re-launching my podcast. I’ve been mulling over names for it and how to provide the best content in a way that would serve others and myself.

This week for Self Portrait Sunday I had the idea of a self reflection theme. Think along the lines of “take a look at yourself”.

Even if I end up doing the exact same poses every week, the idea is that over time, something will change or improve. I will discover a new secret, technique, pose, or idea within myself.
