When to Schedule a Mother’s Day Photo Session
Picture this. It’s Mother’s Day morning. After eating breakfast or brunch, you give your mom a small wrapped package. She opens the package and reveals a framed photo of herself and you, her child or children. Her eyes well with tears as she leans over and thanks you for such a meaningful gift and memory.

East Ascension High School’s prom took place on Saturday, March 19th. Before the festivities began, couples could be seen all around the area taking prom photos. I was hired to take photos of Layla + Chase before their senior prom.

Closing “The Gap”
So if you’re someone who has picked up a dslr or mirrorless camera for the first time recently, and your photos are not as good as you envision them to be, remember that there is a gap. That gap could take years to close, but you have to keep doing the work.
